Seeking a piano with more stories than scratches

Flexible; to be agreed, Germany

Looking for a characterful piano that still wants to be played. Honest condition matters more than showroom polish. Share its history, tuning and repair needs, dimensions, and collection requirements. Preference: a compact upright with functioning keys and pedals, no obvious structural damage, and a tone worth tuning. Cosmetic wear is welcome; major restoration needs should be disclosed. A short playing video and details of stairs, lift access, and recent tuning would help assess transport and total cost.
